You own the photos and text you post. You just give us the permission (a license) to host them, display them to your followers, and back them up so the site actually works. We will never sell your photos or use them in marketing without explicitly asking you first.
We provide this service "as is." We try to keep it running smoothly, but if the server crashes and your post is lost, or if we have to shut the site down tomorrow, we are not liable for any damages.
